Cannoli e chiacchiere

Cannolo is one of the most famous sicilian speciality in the world, both in the traditional recipe with ricotta and in the new versions with cream and chocolate. In every case the good taste of cannoli is given by the quality of its wafer: it should be sweet and crisp.

Sicilian cannoli wafers produced by Cannolificio Mongibello have three different sizes: standard, small and extra small. In recent years our company has expanded its traditional production introducing a new wafer covered with chocolate.

Chiacchiere are fried pastry cakes produced especially in Carnival days from the north to the south of Italy with different names.

Cannolificio Mongibello's chiacchiere for pastry shop are packed in polyethylene bags which give freshness and quality to the product.
