Ingredients
8 spoons of sugar
4 tablespoons flour
1 egg
½ liter of milk
In a saucepan, mix the sugar with the flour, add the egg and slowly diluted with milk, stirring the mixture to avoid the formation of lumps.
Place the pan on fire, put a zest of orange or lemon and bring to a boil. When the cream thickens, you like you can add a little whipped cream.
For the variant chocolate, add the cocoa powder until you get the desired color.
