Ingredients
2/3 cannoli wafers Mongibello from shredding
50 g Mongibello cat languages
100 g. unsweetened cocoa powder
1 egg
150 g of roasted almonds
1 glass of Marsala
150 g of butter
250 g granulated sugar
Powdered sugar q.s..
Soften the butter at room temperature and in the meantime coarsely chop the pods of cannoli and cat languages Mongibello.
Mix all the ingredients and give the dough obtained in the shape of a sausage. Wrap in aluminum foil and refrigerate for a few hours. Dust with icing sugar and cut into slices.
